If your personal information appears in photographs or videos submitted by a photographer, studio, organization, agency, or another ShootPro24AI Customer, that Customer may control the relevant information.
Privacy requests concerning Customer Content should ordinarily be directed to the Customer who submitted the content.

20. Children
ShootPro24AI accounts are not intended for individuals under 18.
Professional Customers may upload photographs or videos depicting minors when they have the lawful right and authority to process those materials.
Illegal or exploitative material involving minors is strictly prohibited.
21. Connecting ShootPro24AI to AI Assistants
You can choose to connect ShootPro24AI to third-party AI assistants, such as ChatGPT (provided by OpenAI) and Claude (provided by Anthropic). Some ShootPro24AI tools in those assistants work without connecting your account: they return our published prices, quotes and general post-production suggestions, and they do not receive or reveal any information about you or your account.
If you connect your account, you sign in on ShootPro24AI's own sign-in page; your password is never shared with the assistant. The assistant then receives a time-limited access token that allows it to read, on your behalf and only when you ask:
- your project names, types, stages and upload progress;
- invoice status and amounts due, including small balances carried forward to a later invoice; and
- summary counts from AI culling, such as the number of files analysed, AI top picks, your selections and common quality issues.
The connection is read-only. It cannot upload, delete, approve, purchase or change anything in your account, and it does not give the assistant access to your photographs, videos or downloads. Uploads, approvals and payments take place only on shootpro24ai.com.
ShootPro24AI does not store the content of your conversations with an assistant. Our connection service keeps limited technical logs for security and troubleshooting, such as the time of a request, whether a sign-in succeeded, the assistant application that requested access and a shortened account identifier. These logs are retained for no more than 30 days.
Information returned to an assistant is displayed to you within that assistant and is then handled under the assistant provider's own terms and privacy policy, which ShootPro24AI does not control. ShootPro24AI does not sell this information or use it for advertising, and does not use it to train AI models.
You can disconnect ShootPro24AI at any time in the assistant's settings. Access tokens expire within one hour and the ability to renew them ends after 30 days without use. To revoke every connected assistant immediately, contact legal@shootpro24ai.com.
